Insurance Acceptance
Deatrice is currently In-Network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Aetna Better Health, American Behavioral, AmeriHealth Caritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield both HMO and PPO, Gilsbar, Healthy Blue, Humana, Louisiana Healthcare Connections (Cenpatico), Magellan, Optum, Tricare/Humana Military, United Healthcare and United Healthcare Community Plan. Deatrice also offers a limited number of sliding scale slots.
Cancellation and Payment Policies
Cancellations must be made before 12PM on the business day (Monday-Friday) prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid fees. Any remaining balance due will be charged after the cancellation deadline.
